Directions

  1. Thaw pork chops , pat dry, rub one side with dry seasoning and then add salt and pepper to taste
  2. Place in zip lock/ sealable bag seasoning side down
  3. Add equally thinly sliced butter to both pork chops Then seal bag and place in pot of water
  4. Set Anova to 140 F and 60 mins

Finishing Steps

  1. Take out of water and turn off Anova .
  2. Cut open bag and place pork chops in to cast iron skillet to sear with one additional tbsp of butter
  3. Remove and let stand for 5 mins then spoon juices on to pork from cast iron and serve
