Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of Chili powder, garlic powder , paprika (smoked) and cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp traeger pork and poultry seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter thinly sliced
- 2 twigs fresh rosemary
- 2 one inch thick pork chops (boneless)
Directions
- Thaw pork chops , pat dry, rub one side with dry seasoning and then add salt and pepper to taste
- Place in zip lock/ sealable bag seasoning side down
- Add equally thinly sliced butter to both pork chops
Then seal bag and place in pot of water
- Set Anova to 140 F and 60 mins
Finishing Steps
- Take out of water and turn off Anova .
- Cut open bag and place pork chops in to cast iron skillet to sear with one additional tbsp of butter
- Remove and let stand for 5 mins then spoon juices on to pork from cast iron and serve
