Butcher cut pork chops with Apple topping

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Cook for 3 hrs 15 min
  3. Place all apple topping ingredients in saucepan or skillet and cook down to a reduction. Strain any leftover pork drippings from Sous vide bag and add to sauce.
  4. After Sous vide is done, finish searing on stovetop. Pour 2 tbsp of oil in hot skillet and sear for a minute or 2 until you see a light brow sear. Place on platter lightly covered with foil (vent). Let rest for 5 min and top with Apple mixture before serving.
