Ingredients
- Maple syrup
- Soya sauce
- Montreal steak spices
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Cook for two hours when it reach it’s temperature
- One hour or 45min for a medium rare chop, Also it depends on the thickness of your slices. Mine where about 1/2 an inch.
- Grill on a stripped pan
