Very juicy and tender when Costco 1 1/2” boneless pork chops are used and cooked Sous Vide at 135*F for 2 hours. Serve with steamed broccoli, baked potato and grilled tomato w/Parmesan.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Coat both sides of pork chops with oil and seasoning.
  3. Place in ziplock bag and remove air. Seal.
  4. Place bag in 140*F water. Set timer for 2 hours.

Stovetop Sear

  1. Once cooking time has finished, remove pork chops from bags.
  2. Pat dry with paper towels. Seasoning should still be stuck to chops. If not add more as required.
  3. In a heavy frying pan heat a bit of olive oil with butter at high heat (just smoking).
  4. Sear each side for 30 seconds to brown.
  5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
