Pork Chop
Very juicy and tender when Costco 1 1/2” boneless pork chops are used and cooked Sous Vide at 135*F for 2 hours.
Serve with steamed broccoli, baked potato and grilled tomato w/Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 2 X 1 1/2” boneless pork chops
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic Plus seasoning
- Greek seasoning
- Olive oil
- Butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Coat both sides of pork chops with oil and seasoning.
- Place in ziplock bag and remove air. Seal.
- Place bag in 140*F water. Set timer for 2 hours.
Stovetop Sear
- Once cooking time has finished, remove pork chops from bags.
- Pat dry with paper towels. Seasoning should still be stuck to chops. If not add more as required.
- In a heavy frying pan heat a bit of olive oil with butter at high heat (just smoking).
- Sear each side for 30 seconds to brown.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
