Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155.0ºF / 68.3ºC.
- Generously rub down with rosemary, oregano, thyme, and parsley... oh and don't forget a crapload of garlic and generous amount of salt
- Should cook for at least 36hrs
