  2. Vacuum seal it & place it in the bath.

Finishing Steps

  1. After cooking is complete, cut bag, pull meat out & let cook for 5-10 minutes
  2. At this point you will want to put a nice seer on all sides.
  3. Slice & serve or put in the fridge for later.
