- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- Ginger Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Brown Sugar
Directions
- Put seasoning on both sides of the pork belly.
- Vacuum seal it & place it in the bath.
Finishing Steps
- After cooking is complete, cut bag, pull meat out & let cook for 5-10 minutes
- At this point you will want to put a nice seer on all sides.
- Slice & serve or put in the fridge for later.
