Ingredients
		- Large Eggs - Cold from Refigerator
 
	
Directions
		- Preheat water bath to 167*F.
 
		- Gently add eggs to hot water with a slotted spoon, being careful to not crack them. 
 
		- Carefully remove eggs from hot water and immediately submerge in ice water bath for 1 minute, before gently cracking open to enjoy creamy smooth goodness. 
 
	
Finishing Steps
				- Season to taste. I like flake sea salt and a dash of cracked pepper. #SoGood
