- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Slice your picanha in the same direction of the fiber
- Prep your picanha with only salt
- Place the picanha in the bag. Take all the air away.
- Place the picanha in the water att 135.0F/ 57.2 C
Stove
- Preheat the pan in the stove with high temperature.
- Dry the meat.
- Seal the meat in the stove. (Sorry, I forgot to take the photo of the picanha)
- Take the picanha sealed. Let ir rest for 2 minutes.
- Slide the pichana against the direction of the fiber. Enjoy.
