Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Slice your picanha in the same direction of the fiber
  3. Prep your picanha with only salt
  4. Place the picanha in the bag. Take all the air away.
  5. Place the picanha in the water att 135.0F/ 57.2 C

Stove

  1. Preheat the pan in the stove with high temperature.
  2. Dry the meat.
  3. Seal the meat in the stove. (Sorry, I forgot to take the photo of the picanha)
  4. Take the picanha sealed. Let ir rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Slide the pichana against the direction of the fiber. Enjoy.
