Ingredients
- 1 Picanha cut (1,5-2kg)
- Salt
- Mix grill spices
Directions
- Seal in a plastic bag the meat with salt and spices
- Cook for 2h at 55/131.
- Let the meat rests for 15-30 minutes, then open the bag, remove the liquid end dry in cooking paper while heating a cast pan.
When hot, cook 2min per side then serve.
Finishing Steps
- cut and serve with side dishes as potatos or vegetables.
