  2. Season with rock salt. (Traditional Picanha is seasoned using only rock salt)
  3. Vacuum seal or place inside a ziplock bag using the water immersion method.
  4. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.8ºF / 53.8ºC.
  5. Cook for 2 hours
