- 250g Ribeye steak
- garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 120.0ºF / 48.9ºC.
- Coat your Ribeye with olive oil and then add salt and pepper on both side and add to your sous vide bag with a clove of garlic and cook for one hour
