  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.5ºF / 82.5ºC.
  2. Place quinoa, water and salt in a mason jar or bag.
  3. Add it to Precision Cooker bath for 1 hour

  1. Remove and serve or refrigerate for perfect quinoa all week.
