- Quinoa 1 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Salt
- Garlic - optional
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.5ºF / 82.5ºC.
- Place quinoa, water and salt in a mason jar or bag.
- Add it to Precision Cooker bath for 1 hour
- Remove and serve or refrigerate for perfect quinoa all week.
