- Pot of boiling water
- Bowl of ice water
- Sous vide
- Eggs
Directions
- Preheat sous vide to 150F
- Bring saucepan of water to a boil and add eggs for exactly 5 mins
- Immediately put eggs in ice water for at least 1 minute
- Place eggs in water bath for 40 mins and then serve
