Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. point cut brined corned beef
- 1/2 large onion
- One bottle Guinness Stout
- Black Pepper, red pepper, mustard seed
- 1 cup beef stock
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC
- Seal everything in two one gallon Ziplock freezer bags.
- Cook for 36 to 40 hours
