No need to pasteurize for over an hour using Sous Vide

- Place eggs out to reach room temperature for at least 20 minutes
Set Sous Vide for 140 for 4 minutes on a temperature safe container
Use ziplock or any food safe bag to prevent possible cracked egg from contaminating machine.
Have ice bath ready because 4 minutes will fast approach.
