This recipe is the best way to pasteurise eggs. Pasteurised eggs can be used for cooking and baking. Icing with raw pasteurised eggs are safe to eat as it helps kill the salmonella in the egg yolk.

Ingredients
- A dozen unpasteurised eggs
- A bowl with lots of ice
Directions
- Preheat to 57 degrees.
- Put in the unpasteurised eggs.
- Once the process is done. Take out the eggs and immediately put in ice and cold water for 2 minutes to stop heating process.
- The eggs are now ready to be used.
