Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place gelatin leaves in milk and let it dissolve for about 10 mins.
  2. Mix cream and vanilla and sugar together and whisk. Slowly add to milk mixture while whisking
  3. Place in small mason jars, or a sealed pouch/bag in 90C water bath for 1 hour
  4. Remove pouch and place contents into serving glasses or ramekins.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or until set
  6. Serve with a crumble or compote of your choice
  7. Option instead of vanilla, use lemongrass oil for a delicious variation
