Ingredients
- Double cream 2C
- 2% milk 1C
- Granulated sugar 1/2 C
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- Gelatin leaves 1 pack
Directions
- Place gelatin leaves in milk and let it dissolve for about 10 mins.
- Mix cream and vanilla and sugar together and whisk. Slowly add to milk mixture while whisking
- Place in small mason jars, or a sealed pouch/bag in 90C water bath for 1 hour
- Remove pouch and place contents into serving glasses or ramekins.
- Refrigerate overnight or until set
- Serve with a crumble or compote of your choice
- Option instead of vanilla, use lemongrass oil for a delicious variation
