Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1 gluten free beer (Stone delicious IPA)
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoons of green onions
- 3 tablespoons of Italian parsley
- 4 tablespoons of turmeric
- 4 tablespoons of Coconut aminos Soy free sauce
- 1 tablespoons chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons of honey or organic maple sirup
- Salt & pepper
- Zest of one lime
- Juice of one lime
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Marinate the chicken for 4 to 24 hours
- After 1h, cook chicken on hot pan for 1-2 min on each side
- Serve in rice or fried veggies
