  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.
  2. Blend all ingredients in blender.
  3. Pour into two small mason jars. Close lids to only fingertip tightness.
  4. Place in heated Sous Vide bath for one hour.

Serving

  1. When done, carefully remove jars from water, and remove lids.
  2. Egg bites may be eaten directly from jar or removed by sliding a knife blade carefully around edges and working egg out.
