Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbl. goat or coconut Milk
- 1 tsp. herbs of choice
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.
- Blend all ingredients in blender.
- Pour into two small mason jars. Close lids to only fingertip tightness.
- Place in heated Sous Vide bath for one hour.
Serving
- When done, carefully remove jars from water, and remove lids.
- Egg bites may be eaten directly from jar or removed by sliding a knife blade carefully around edges and working egg out.
