Outback Steak
Delicious and savory, copycat recipe, for medium steak use 139.5 temperature, if need for four steaks, simply double the recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tspn Salt
- 2 tspn Paprika
- 1 tspn Black Pepper
- 1/2 tspnOnion Powder
- 1/2 tspn Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tspn Cayenne
- 1/4 tspn Turmeric
- 1/4 tspn Coriander
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bag or bowl
- Cover steak with Olive oil. (Extra Virgin preferable)
- Generously season each side of steak
- Place in tightly sealed ziploc bag, with all air sucked out with mouth
- Place in sous-vide pot and wait
Crust
- Medium high heat cast iron or stainless steel pan, add tablespoon of Olive oil
- Remove steak from ziploc and place I. On with a good knob of butter (bout a half tablespoon)
- Flip every 15 seconds for a total of 1:45 seconds and then sear each edge for about 15 seconds each as well
- Enjoy, pro-tip save the juices from the searing pan to dip your steak or even better pour over each steak when serving
