Ingredients
- Garlic olive oil
- Ground Chimichurri Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Slather meat in garlic oil, sprinkle on chimichurri seasoning along with the salt & pepper.
- Used Ziploc vacuum bag to seal, placed in pre-heated 130° water bath for 60 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- Removed meat from bags, blotted dry with paper towels. Added a 2 TBSP of bacon grease to a hot cast iron skillet. Seared for 30 seconds each side & removed from pan to cool.
