Ingredients
- Course salt
- Course pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ghee
Directions
- Coat all sides with seasonings
- Add to sous vide for 2 - 2 1/2 hours
- Remove and pat dry
- Reseason with salt and pepper
- Heat a cast iron with a few teaspoons of ghee
- Sear the steak for about 1 minute on each side.
