  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
  2. Bath for 1.5 hours
  3. Remove meat package open drain liquid
  4. Pat dry removing moisture from each side and edges
  5. Wrap in paper towel and let sit for five minutes

  1. Grill each side for 30 seconds at 500° and then turn 45° and repeat
  2. Grill edges for 20 seconds to finish the fat edges
  3. Remove wrap in foil serve after five minutes
