Ingredients
- 1-1.5 inch thick Wagyu New Your Strip
- Salt,course ground see salt
- Pepper, course ground
- Garlic powder or chopped garlic
- Thick pad of butter
- Couple table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
- Bath for 1.5 hours
- Remove meat package open drain liquid
- Pat dry removing moisture from each side and edges
- Wrap in paper towel and let sit for five minutes

- Grill each side for 30 seconds at 500° and then turn 45° and repeat
- Grill edges for 20 seconds to finish the fat edges
- Remove wrap in foil serve after five minutes
