Directions

  1. Add salt to taste
  2. Add pepper to taste
  3. Add garlic powder to taste
  4. Put steaks in vacuum sealed bags (throw in some butter and olive oil) optional
  5. Add sprig of rosemary and thyme
  6. seal meat
  7. Cook at 130f for 2 hours
  8. Pat dry
  9. Sear on grill or hot pan

Finishing Steps

  1. Cut meat plate and enjoy!
