Ingredients
- Salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Garlic powder
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- New York strip steak
Directions
- Add salt to taste
- Add pepper to taste
- Add garlic powder to taste
- Put steaks in vacuum sealed bags (throw in some butter and olive oil) optional
- Add sprig of rosemary and thyme
- seal meat
- Cook at 130f for 2 hours
- Pat dry
- Sear on grill or hot pan

- Cut meat plate and enjoy!
