- Butter
- Minced garlic
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Season steaks on all sides
- Place seasoned steaks in vacuum sealed bag
- Cook sous vide for 4 hours
- Sear on grill over direct heat basting with melted butter with garlic.
