  1. Season the steak, adding rosemary to each side, and place it into the bag
  2. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
  3. Once the Sous Vide container is pre-heated, place the steak into your container for 1 hour
  4. After the hour, remove the bag and let the steak rest for 5 minutes.

Cast Iron Finish

  1. Heat up a cast iron skillet until smoking and add in your HIGH smoke point oil.
  2. Sear each steak surface for 30 seconds each side, and edges for 15 seconds, adding butter and rosemary to preference.
  3. Let the steak rest 5 minutes and serve. Remember to cut against the grain. Enjoy!
