Ingredients
- 1 Inch New York Strip
- Salt and Pepper to preference
- Rosemary to preference
Directions
- Season the steak, adding rosemary to each side, and place it into the bag
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Once the Sous Vide container is pre-heated, place the steak into your container for 1 hour
- After the hour, remove the bag and let the steak rest for 5 minutes.
Cast Iron Finish
- Heat up a cast iron skillet until smoking and add in your HIGH smoke point oil.
- Sear each steak surface for 30 seconds each side, and edges for 15 seconds, adding butter and rosemary to preference.
- Let the steak rest 5 minutes and serve. Remember to cut against the grain. Enjoy!
