Ingredients
- 2 Rosemary sprigs for each side
- 2 garlic cloves smashed for each side
- 2 Oregano sprigs one for each side
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil for each steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the bag with the steaks and squeeze all the air out
- Place in the water bath for one hour at 134° so that the fat will render from the steak

- Finish on a medium high charcoal grill for 60 seconds on each side. Break out the knife and fork and Dig in
