Almost all iced teas suck! Either way artificial tasting (bought cans) or bitter and unpleasant. Precision temperature cooking (sous vide) will make a beverage, which almost completely lacks the bitterness. Hence it is absolutely drinkable without any sugar. Further the nectarines (which can be substituted with other sweet and ripe fruits) will also lend great fruity aromas plus a bit of sweetness. If this isn't enough, you can slightly sweeten with sugar, with honey, with stevia... but you will be surprised how little sugar you would need. You would need a jar for the recipe. Ziplock bags work as well - but a clean jar is far easier. No need for any specialized canning jar though - use an old "pickle glass jar' or similar (I like to take off the labels, which look neater - but you do you...).
