This is a toned down version of Nashville Hot, it’s more mild. Wet mixture (milk, egg, hot sauce) Flour for coating chicken Spices for infused oil

Directions

  1. Cook chicken thighs at 167 for 2.5 hours
  2. Combine the wet mixture, this you will use to coat the chicken before coating in flour
  3. Coat chicken in flour
  4. Flash fry in oil, about 10 seconds per side
  5. Create the infused oil by combining spice mixture with 1/4 cup leftover oil from frying

Finishing Steps

  1. Spoon oil mixture into fried chicken and enjoy!
