  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
  2. Liberally cover Short Ribs in salt and pepper. I prefer Gray Sea Salt and a Extra Bold Black Pepper
  3. Slice and add the clove of garlic with the thyme and place in bag with salt and peppered Spare Ribs.
  4. Cook for 24 hours at 129.0 degrees F
  5. Remove from bag and pat dry with paper towel

  1. Heat grill pan or skillet until smoking. Starting with fattiest side of rib, sear for 1 minute on all sides. Do not use oil, fat of the MT Wagyu Spare Ribs will coat the pant well enough to stop sticking. Serve with favorite side! Should fall off bone.
