Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Finely ground Coffee (dark roast)
- Rosemary
- Ground Red pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Remove roast from freezer and let it thaw in the fridge. Rub meat liberally with dry rub mix, and place it in a sealed bag.
- Place bag in the water with Anova.
- Cook roast in water for 24 hours at 132 degrees.
- Remove meat. Heat a skillet with butter on it and sear meat for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove meat from heat and let cool for 5 minutes, slice and serve!
