Ingredients

• 1/2 liter of white wine
• 27g of brown sugar
• 1 part of cinnamon stick
• 1 bay leaf
• 5g of vanilla sugar
• 1 star anise
• Juice of 1 oranges, and a 1/5 of peel of one orange

Directions

1. Put all ingredients to a bag on the end pur wine. Fold bag 2 or 3 times and let as little as possible of air inside. Put bag in a preheated Anova bin and relax for 1 hour. Pour hot mold wine into a high hill glass and serve hot. Enjoy!
