  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
  2. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
  3. Pat steak dry and seal steak before placing in Sous Vide bath.
  4. Soak in bath for 2+ hours. For more even cooking, clip the longest end of the bag to the side of the basin.
  5. Remove steak from bath, cut open, and pat dry.

  1. Heat cast iron skillet on med-high heat.
  2. Once heated, melt butter in the skillet.
  3. Once butter is melted, place thyme, rosemary, and garlic in the skillet. Allow 2-3 minutes for ingredients to combine.
  4. Place steak in skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove steak, wrap in aluminum foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
