Mediterranean Sous Vide Egg Bites

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC
  2. Mix together the eggs and feta cheese in a blender or food processor until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Evenly distribute the egg mixture into 6 identical mason jars.
  4. Once your eggs are poured, add carmelized onions, sauteed spinach and chopped olives to each one. Stir to distribute the mixture evenly inside the jar.
  5. Seal the jars, making sure they are "fingertip" tight! Otherwise, you may run the risk of the jars cracking from pressure. Once sealed, drop them into the water bath for 1 hour.
