Ingredients
- Bronzino fish 1.5Lb
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Lemon
- Rosemerry
- Parsley
- Turmeric
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Wash the fish
- Make cuts on the skin of the fish on both sides
- Add sea salt on both sides and inside the fish
- Add black pepper on inside and outside
- Add Turmeric inside and outside of the fish
- Slice some lemon and place it inside the fish
- Place some fresh parsley and rosemary inside the fish
- Squish some raw garlic and place it inside the fish.
- Place the fish inside the bag
- Squeeze some lemon inside the bag
- Add some olive oil into the bag
- Seal and place it into the water bath.
Torch
- Use a torch light to brown the fish.
