  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
  2. Mix and flatten the meat, to approximately 1/4” and season it well, then add grated or sliced cheese and roll it into a meatloaf, wrap the meatloaf with the bacon.

  1. When done, I seared mine with a gas torch, and forgot to take a picture, sorry!
