Ingredients
- 800g of minced mixed pork and beef
- 12-16 slices of thin bacon
- Grated Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
- Mix and flatten the meat, to approximately 1/4” and season it well, then add grated or sliced cheese and roll it into a meatloaf, wrap the meatloaf with the bacon.
- When done, I seared mine with a gas torch, and forgot to take a picture, sorry!
