- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 159ºF / 70.6ºC
- Put meat in bag let it set in water
- Whale meat is cooking cut you vegetable of choice. I like red peppers and yellow peppers
- Once meat is done put in frying pan
- Once meat is nicely brown turn off stove
- Add the vegetables of choice in with the meet and let it simmer for five minutes
