  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 159ºF / 70.6ºC
  2. Put meat in bag let it set in water
  3. Whale meat is cooking cut you vegetable of choice. I like red peppers and yellow peppers
  4. Once meat is done put in frying pan
  5. Once meat is nicely brown turn off stove
  6. Add the vegetables of choice in with the meet and let it simmer for five minutes
