Ingredients

• 1 1/2lb 97% lean beef. (Use what you have)
• Bread crumbs
• 3 eggs
• Whole onion and bell pepper
• Garlic powder and onion powder

Directions

1. Mix well with hands
2. Pressed together and vacuum
3. Cook 140 for 4 to 6 hours

Finishing Steps

1. Remove from bath pat dry add ketchup mix topping of choice Sear in oven on 450 for 10 minutes Or use a torch
2. Slice and serve Sous vide meals never need to rest Some times I let sit to fully drain
