Ingredients
- 800g of Potatoes
- 1/2 cup of Cream
- 60g Butter
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 2tsps of Salt
Directions
- Vacuum seal everything
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194.0ºF / 90.0ºC.
- Place in bath and clock for 2 hours
- Place a kitchen towel over the bag and smoothly press the bag smashing the potatoes into purée.
