Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set sous vide to 54.4 degrees.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients (except herb sprigs) together & add to vacuum bag.
  3. Add steaks & sprigs of thyme & oregano.
  4. Seal bag & place into water to sous vide for 2-3 hrs.

Finishing Steps

  1. Preheat BBQ to high.
  2. Remove steaks from vacuum bag & lightly Pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Quickly sear steak with lid down until golden on each side.
  4. Leave to rest for 5-10 min.
