Marinated sirloin steak
Can do the steaks in separate bags quickly cooling one to regenerate & use another day.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp yuzu juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch chilli flakes
- Fresh ground salt & pepper
- Sprigs thyme & oregano
- 2 x sirloin steak (or other cut)
Directions
- Set sous vide to 54.4 degrees.
- Mix marinade ingredients (except herb sprigs) together & add to vacuum bag.
- Add steaks & sprigs of thyme & oregano.
- Seal bag & place into water to sous vide for 2-3 hrs.
Finishing Steps
- Preheat BBQ to high.
- Remove steaks from vacuum bag & lightly Pat dry with paper towel.
- Quickly sear steak with lid down until golden on each side.
- Leave to rest for 5-10 min.
