  1. Place roast in plastic bag Evacuate air via water method or “food saver” type device & seal bag
  2. Suspend sealed bag in water bath @ 150 F for 5-6 hr

Finishing Steps

  1. Removed cooked roast from bag & Reserve juices.
  2. Place roast on preheated grill on high or in a deep pot on stove & rotate until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove slice & serve
