Ingredients
- 1 commercial (ie “Smithfield) marinated pork tenderloin roast
Directions
- Place roast in plastic bag
Evacuate air via water method or “food saver” type device & seal bag
- Suspend sealed bag in water bath @ 150 F for 5-6 hr
Finishing Steps
- Removed cooked roast from bag & Reserve juices.
- Place roast on preheated grill on high or in a deep pot on stove & rotate until browned on all sides.
- Remove slice & serve
