Directions
- Seal steak with all ingredients added into a sous vide bag
- Place in vessel
- Set Nano temp to 129.5
- Set Nano timer to 4 hours
- Once timer completes remove from vessel
- Remove steak from bag and dry
- Sear on a hot cast iron or similar pan for 100 seconds per side
- Plate and enjoy with your Honey
