My honey always loves this recipe, we like to have it with sweet potato hash and wine! It's from frozen Filet Mignon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Seal steak with all ingredients added into a sous vide bag
  2. Place in vessel
  3. Set Nano temp to 129.5
  4. Set Nano timer to 4 hours
  5. Once timer completes remove from vessel
  6. Remove steak from bag and dry
  7. Sear on a hot cast iron or similar pan for 100 seconds per side
  8. Plate and enjoy with your Honey
