  1. Seasoned as desired
  2. Add the Salmon to big ziplocks
  3. Place into fridge for 30 min to marinate
  4. Pull out after 30min and deal ziplocks super tight using water method
  5. Sous vide for 45 min at 129.5 degrees

Finishing Steps

  1. Grill on pan with olive oil for 2 min on each side
