Lemony Sous vide Salmon

- Pink salt
- Lime
- Citrusy garlic
- Olive oil
Directions
- Seasoned as desired
- Add the Salmon to big ziplocks
- Place into fridge for 30 min to marinate
- Pull out after 30min and deal ziplocks super tight using water method
- Sous vide for 45 min at 129.5 degrees
Finishing Steps
- Grill on pan with olive oil for 2 min on each side
