Ingredients
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 146.5ºF / 63.6ºC
- Generously season chicken breasts on both sides with lemon pepper to preference
- Place chicken breasts in bag and use water displacement method to seal
- Cook chicken at 146 for 1:15
Grill
- Heat grill to high temperature around 450-500 degrees
- Removed chicken breast from bag and dry pat with paper towel.
- Reapply seasoning at your desire if needed
- Sear chicken on grill for 2 minutes per side.
- Once chicken is seared, remove on plate and cover with tin foil until ready to serve
