Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 146.5ºF / 63.6ºC
  2. Generously season chicken breasts on both sides with lemon pepper to preference
  3. Place chicken breasts in bag and use water displacement method to seal
  4. Cook chicken at 146 for 1:15

Grill

  1. Heat grill to high temperature around 450-500 degrees
  2. Removed chicken breast from bag and dry pat with paper towel.
  3. Reapply seasoning at your desire if needed
  4. Sear chicken on grill for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Once chicken is seared, remove on plate and cover with tin foil until ready to serve
