Ultimate Chicken Wings (sous vide and air fried)
The combination of sous vide and air frying is awesome: the wings are super soft and tender because of sous vide process and the air fryer gives them the right crisp!

Ingredients
- Chicken wings (8 per pouch)
- Dizzy pig or favorite other rub (alt.: Paprika powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, brown sugar, salt)
- All purpose flour
- 1 egg (per pouch of wings)
- Panko (bread crumbs)
- Favorite bbq and hot sauce
Directions
- Pre-heat water bath to 62 degrees C.
Wash and dry chicken wings.
Season them with dizzy pigs or favorite other rub.
Vacuum pack seasoned wings and put them in the water bath.
Set timer to 1:30
Drink a margarita while waiting :)
- Prepare 2 plates and 1 bowl.
Put flour and some dizzy pig rub on one plate
Put egg in bowl and mix
Put panko on second plate
- Turn wings in flour
Turn wings in mixed egg
Turn wings in panko (bread crumbs)
- Put wings in air fryer.
Add 1 spoon of oil.
Fry at 190 degrees C for 20min
- Put fried wings in bowl, add barbecue and hot sauce and mix.
Arrange the sauced wings on a plate.
Add some blue cheese sauce on top.
Done!
