Ingredients
- 3-4 pound Tri Tip
- Coarse sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.5ºF / 53.6ºC.
- Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic
- Vacuum seal and place in water bath
- 128-135 degrees for 5-6.5 hours
Finishing Steps
- Heat grill to high heat
- Grill each side 3-4 minutes per side or until desired char is formed
- Allow to rest 10-15 minutes
- Slice and serve!
