Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.5ºF / 53.6ºC.
  2. Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic
  3. Vacuum seal and place in water bath
  4. 128-135 degrees for 5-6.5 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Heat grill to high heat
  2. Grill each side 3-4 minutes per side or until desired char is formed
  3. Allow to rest 10-15 minutes
  4. Slice and serve!
