Ingredients
- Lamb shoulder chop, salt and pepper, thyme, rosemary and sage, butter.
Directions
- Pat lamb chops dry; salt and pepper to taste. Add sage, rosemary and thyme sprigs and top with a pad of butter.
- Vacuum seal and cook at 132 for 60 mins. Get the grill hot in the interim.
Finishing Steps
- Sear at highest grill temperature first side for 30 seconds, and then flip and repeat on second side. Repeat again both sides until slightly browned on both sides. Add salt to taste. Server immediately.
