- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Rosemary
Directions
- Make incisions into meat and insert garlic and rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper.
Vacuum seal and let it marinade overnight.
- Place in water bath at 60°C for 16 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Finish be searing over BBQ or on high heat in oven.
