Ingredients
- Lamb shoulder with bone (2kg)
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Rub all ingredients into lamb
- Vacuum seal lamb with herbs, then place into bath
- Cook hours and then finish in the broiler (7 mins each side)
Finishing Steps
- Broil on high for 5-8 mins on each side
