Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- At the 2:40 mark ignite charcoal chimney.
- Dump charcoal on one side of grill.
After Sous Vide
- Pat dry
- Place over hot coals. Sear intensely.
